Assignment :
We are looking for a work-study student to support the Recruitment & Mobility department. They will primarily focus on recruiting work-study students and interns, and will support the Recruitment & Mobility Managers in their work.
Main missions:
Manage the recruitment process for work-study students/interns: defining the HR calendar with managers, pre-selecting applications, organizing and conducting interviews, drafting summary grids.
Ensure the link with schools (costs, rhythms, agreements), support, integration and monitoring of recruited candidates.
Contribute to talent retention and monitoring of the intern/work-study population: support, mobility, development.
Support for the Recruitment & Mobility department:
Support CRMs in gathering needs, recruitment actions and mobility processes (career interviews, end of collaboration interviews, etc.).
Contribute to the development and analysis of reporting: activity indicators, quality, monitoring reports.
Contribution to the employer brand:
Relay content that promotes the organization (testimonials, videos, events, etc.).
Monitor innovative HR practices, respond to requests on social media, and moderate discussions.
Identify relevant HR events and invite CRMs to participate.
This position offers a complete vision of the recruitment cycle and immersion in the issues of internal mobility and HR attractiveness.
Profile:
We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and who has the following qualities:
You are preparing a Bac+4/5 level training in HR Master or General Master specialized in HR.
You have experience in administrative management, ideally with initial experience in school and OPCO relations.
You are interested in the humanitarian sector, whether you already know it or want to discover it.
You are able to propose ideas and work in a collaborative mode.
You have good analytical, organizational and writing skills.
You are comfortable in interpersonal relationships, you like working in a team and you are proactive.
Your level of English is intermediate, both written and spoken.
You are proficient in the Office Pack.
Conditions of employment
Status: Apprenticeship contract only
?? Contract duration: 12 months
Desired work schedule: 3 days / 2 days
??Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
??Salary conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated according to the time of presence)
25 days of paid leave prorated according to the time of presence
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
Transport: 50% of the package between home and the workplace Meal vouchers
: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
175 euros / year (social works) and reduction on cinema tickets
??Teleworking: Open to all from the mainland. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 4 days per month is expected at headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and group events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory presence per week for your integration into the team.
