Who are we ?

Inter Aide is an international solidarity association specializing in implementing concrete development programs aimed at the most disadvantaged families, giving them the desire and the ability to take care of their vital needs and providing them with access to development. In 2025, Inter Aide managed 51 programs in seven countries: Ethiopia, Guinea, Haiti, Malawi, Madagascar, Mozambique, and Sierra Leone.

ATIA is an association spun off from Inter Aide, which took over the management of its educational, social, and economic programs in urban areas. ATIA operates in Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Madagascar, and India.

The position:

You will work for the two associations Inter Aide and ATIA, as a support function for their activities.

You will be under the supervision of the Human Resources Director and in collaboration with the Recruitment Officer and in supervision of the Apprenticeship Assistant.

Your main responsibilities will be:

1. Management of payroll and social security declarations

  • Entry of monthly variables and preparation of pay slips
  • Validation of payroll on Sage 100 and edition and dematerialization of pay slips
  • Validation of the accounting file and extractions for the accounting department
  • Monitoring of employee savings and long-distance travel allowances
  • Management of Sage Payroll software settings and relations with the publisher
  • Verification of social declarations and validation of the DSN
  • Answer employees’ questions about pay (explanation of pay slip elements, leave, social security contributions, etc.)

2. HR management and ADP

  • Management of personnel files and updating of registers
  • Relationship with occupational health, funds, insurance and service providers
  • Monitoring of work stoppages, leave, end of contracts and administrative management of entries/exits
  • Assistance to employees (reception, administrative difficulties, monitoring of daily allowances)
  • Updating legal obligations (DUERP, legal, social and regulatory monitoring)
  • Leave software tracking, expense reports, timesheets

3. Monitoring training

  • Monitoring of training requests and management of the relationship with the OPCO
  • Participation in the development of the skills development plan

4. Ad hoc support for recruitment based on needs

5. Participation in cross-functional HR projects

How to apply

Profile sought:

You have a Bac+3 qualification in HR and payroll management;

You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position;

You know how to use payroll software (ideally Sage 100 Payroll);

You are proficient in the Office Pack, particularly Excel;

You are organized, autonomous, rigorous and you know how to anticipate;

You have good interpersonal skills and good listening skills.

The conditions:

Permanent contract, executive status, fixed-term contract with the possibility of part-time work

Remuneration according to experience

60% contribution to transport costs

60% meal voucher support

70% coverage of complementary health insurance
