Main missions

1. Payroll

  • Prepares all account balances (head office and expatriates) for validation.
  • Manages imports, entries and verifications in the payroll software (CEGID HRU).
  • Includes payroll variables (absences, daily sickness benefits, advance payments, etc.).
  • Checks pay slips and reports anomalies.

2. Electronic safe

  • Generates pay slips in PDF and transmits them via the electronic safe.

3. Straw Software (HRU)

  • Performs payroll settings and support requests.
  • Monitors software developments and suggests improvements.

4. Absences and health

  • Enters the stops in HRU and Lucca.
  • Send salary certificates and monitor IJSS/Provident benefits.
  • Updates the stop tracking table.

5. Time Management (Lucca)

  • Tracks absences, leave, teleworking and updates counters.
  • Ensures data compliance for payroll processing.

6. HR Portal

  • Integrates transport receipts, validates deposits and assists employees if necessary.

7. Reporting

  • Performs data extractions at the request of the Payroll Officer.

Your profile

Education and experience:

Training from Bac 2 to Bac + 3 level in payroll management and administration.

A minimum of 1 year of experience is required.

Technical qualities and skills

  • Knowledge of social legislation and legal constraints regarding remuneration
  • Very good command of IT tools, Excel spreadsheets and payroll and absence management software (Knowledge of CEGID payroll software is an asset)

IF will offer you the following conditions

  • Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Metro Mairie de Clichy). Possibility of teleworking (12 days/month or 100% teleworking if the candidate meets the distance and travel time conditions provided for in the Teleworking Charter)
  • Gross monthly salary of: 2865 euros or 2985 euros according to the scale in force at SI headquarters and professional experience
  • 25 days of paid leave/year and 12 days of reduced working time/year
  • Mutual insurance (80%), restaurant vouchers (60%), transport tickets (50%) covered by the association
