About: Action Against Hunger

Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been its identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Head of Engagement and Mobilization, your mission will be to lead the network of delegations in France in order to develop the reputation and fundraising of Action Against Hunger (ACF).
Your main missions will be as follows:
Ensure the monitoring and implementation of projects led by the delegations.
Contribute to the preparation and development of institutional projects.
Promote, disseminate and monitor the deployment of institutional campaigns and projects, while playing a relay role with the various departments concerned.
Guide, support and monitor delegations in the organization and implementation of their projects.
Lead the network of volunteer delegations across France.
Support delegates in taking on their mission and train them on the ACF mandate.
Train delegates and help them acquire the tools necessary to manage their team, promote their projects and relay Action Against Hunger messages.
Promote the network of volunteer delegations within Action Against Hunger.
Make regular trips to departmental delegations.
Maintain regular correspondence with delegates and volunteers to retain them and identify their needs.
Organize the recruitment and integration of volunteers in Civic Service.
Train and support volunteers in their skills development.
Support volunteers in defining and carrying out their future projects.

Profile:

With a Bac+5 degree in international cooperation and solidarity, you have significant experience in project management and/or volunteer network facilitation.
With excellent interpersonal and listening skills, you are comfortable reaching out to others and interacting with a wide range of contacts. You have proven experience in facilitating volunteer networks and know how to establish quality relationships with them.
Autonomous and proactive, you are used to managing priorities and dealing with peaks in activity.
You have a perfect command of the Office Pack, Canva and Adobe.
Rigorous, you enjoy working in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated executive – 6-month fixed-term contract – Full time
Location: Ile-De-France
Remuneration: From 37K to 44K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 21 days of RTT
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
Salary maintenance schemes (illness, maternity, paternity)
Transport allowances: 50% covered by the package between home and the workplace
Meal voucher allowances (Up lunch card):
60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
CSE social services (gift vouchers, reimbursement of cultural activities, etc.)
Teleworking: Teleworking open to all from mainland France – This position has been defined as a mandatory presence at the headquarters of 4 days per month, and up to 8 days per month from October to July if there is the management of volunteers in Civic Service to be carried out – Collective face-to-face time imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for meetings and group events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team.

Special conditions: Travel on weekends and/or in the evening with volunteer teams will be expected in support of projects
