About: Action Against Hunger
Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization fighting world hunger. Its charter of humanitarian principles—independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, and transparency—has been its foundation for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of malnutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflict and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around five areas of activity: Nutrition and Health; Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection; Food Security and Livelihoods; Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene; and Advocacy. Mission :
We are looking for an intern capable of providing support to the development of private resources through the following missions:
Contribute to the management of telemarketing campaigns (upgrading, reactivation, transformation, etc.)
Operational management of campaigns in conjunction with service providers
Development and regular updating of content to enrich the knowledge of tele-actors on ACF
Contribute to the management of mailing campaigns (loyalty)
Carry out the operational management of appeal for donation mailing campaigns
Collect the information necessary for the implementation of marketing campaigns (internal/external information)
Coordinate validations with contributors internally
Carry out agency briefs for each new message/campaign
Contribute to qualitative and quantitative analyses
Monitoring and analysis of the results of mailing, telemarketing and street-marketing campaigns
Capitalization of experiences acquired on the different campaigns
Contribute to the Benchmark and innovation
Monitoring of new communication, recruitment and donor loyalty tools
Operational implementation of tests on new collection channels
Profile :
We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and who has the following qualities:
You are preparing a Bac +4, in business school, university or school with a specialization in marketing and communication
You know how to analyze marketing results and produce recommendations
You know how to write corporate content
You know how to use marketing segmentation (paper donors, web donors, etc.)
You have a predisposition to analyze and produce summary documents
Conditions of employment
Status: Apprenticeship contract only (3/1 week or 3/2 day schedule)
?? Contract duration: 12 months
??Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
??Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated according to the time of presence)
25 days of paid leave prorated according to the time of presence
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
Transport: 50% of the package between home and the workplace
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
175 euros/year (social works) and reduction on cinema tickets
??Teleworking: Open to all from the mainland. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 4 days per month is expected at headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and group events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory presence per week for your integration into the team.
