Job Description
Within the HR and Travel Administration Department, the Payroll Officer ensures the proper application of the organization’s salary policy.
FUNCTIONS
As part of their duties and without this list being exhaustive, the payroll officer is more specifically responsible for:
Monitoring the development of social legislation
Update of legal and regulatory developments in payroll matters
Payroll entry, management and control
- The Payroll Officer prepares and monitors head office and expatriate payroll.
- He/she oversees the integration of data concerning absence management (leave and sick leave) and other payroll variables in conjunction with the payroll officer and HR administrative monitoring officers.
- He/she checks the staff’s pay slips in conjunction with the payroll officer.
Volume of 220 people at headquarters & approximately 300 expatriates with different pay profiles.
- He/she checks the final account balances and administrative documents at the end of employees’ contracts prepared by the payroll officer (approximately 50 STC per month).
- He/she supervises the management of deposits & advances at head office level using the tracking tool
- He/she closes and ensures the archiving of payroll data.
- He/she is responsible for the smooth running of payroll operations while respecting the established payroll schedule.
Declarations and payment of social security contributions
- He/she is responsible for establishing DSNs
- He/she declares amounts to the social security and tax contribution funds
- He/she directly transmits the information necessary for the payment of social security contributions to the Financial Department
- He/she makes social declarations (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- He/she works closely with the accounting manager on the social framework
Configuration & monitoring of payroll software (CEGID)
- He/she updates and configures the payroll software in line with legal and regulatory developments, as well as with the association’s internal rules (contribution rates, updating of social security minima and legal obligations, etc.)
- He/she manages relations with technical support on monitoring the payroll software as well as its updates.
- He/she updates the headquarters documentation for using the software in conjunction with the payroll officer.
- He/she is a driving force in proposing improvement solutions for the operation of the software used for payroll in conjunction with the service provider.
- He/she sets the information necessary for the payroll OD

Your profile
Education and experience:
Training from Bac +3 to Bac +5 level in line with the skills required for the position
A minimum of 5 years experience is required
Technical qualities and skills
- Knowledge of social legislation and legal constraints regarding remuneration
- Very good command of IT tools, Excel spreadsheets and payroll and absence management software (Knowledge of CEGID payroll software is an asset)
- Good appetite for numbers

IF will offer you the following conditions
Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Metro Mairie de Clichy).
- Permanent contract – Executive status
- Gross monthly salary of: €3,502 or €3,647 (Level 5) depending on the scale in force at headquarters
- Teleworking is available: 4 or 12 days of teleworking per month. In accordance with the current teleworking charter and the manager.
- Leave: 2.0833 CP / month and 1 day of RTT / full month of work
