Description
As part of our development and the support of our local teams, we are looking for an experienced Territorial Human Resources Representative (RTRH) (M/F) to strengthen our HR division in Reunion.
Under the hierarchical authority of the Overseas Human Resources Manager, based in mainland France, and in direct functional contact with the Territorial Director of Reunion, you will be a strategic player in the management and development of human resources in the Reunion territory.
Your mission will be to support teams and supervisors in the following areas:
- Talent development and management
- Support for the recruitment and integration of new employees to ensure a quality welcome and rapid skills development;
- Definition of training plans, support for skills development paths, and promotion of internal mobility;
- Monitoring of forward planning of jobs and skills to anticipate the needs of each sector.
- Support and advice for managers
- Providing advice to establishment managers in the management of their teams (working relations, support, development);
- Support in the application of HR policies in line with the culture and values of the association;
- Management of individual and collective situations (conflicts, organizational adjustments) in compliance with labor law and internal rules.
- Social relations and social dialogue
- Maintaining quality social dialogue with staff representatives;
- Active participation in meetings with representative bodies and monitoring of actions resulting from consultations;
- Awareness-raising and training of supervisors in good practices in social relations.
- Development of HR projects
- Management of cross-functional HR projects to harmonize HR practices and promote collaboration between different sectors;
- Monitoring of local HR indicators and reporting of information to headquarters for appropriate decision-making;
- Conducting initiatives to prevent psychosocial risks and promoting well-being at work.
Desired profile
You are above all a human resources professional with solid experience in associative environments, ideally in the social or medico-social sector. You know how to combine proximity to the field and strategic vision, while adapting your approach to the cultural and social specificities of Reunion Island.
- Required skills :
- Mastery of HR fundamentals, labor law, and career management and training practices.
- Strong capacity to advise and support local managers.
- Excellent communication, listening skills and ability to establish a climate of trust.
- Spirit of analysis and adaptation to varied situations, integrating the particularities of the different intervention sectors.
- Good knowledge of the cultural and social specificities of Overseas France, and in particular of Reunion, is a major asset.
- Qualifications :
- Diploma in Human Resources, Social Law, or Business Management (Bac +5 level required).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position, including multi-site or multi-sector management.
- Knowledge of public policies in the areas of social action would be a plus.
Conditions : Permanent contract – Executive status, daily rate – Salary to be negotiated according to profile
